Be there, wherever we are.

Every morning as my alarm goes off, ⏰

I hit snooze a multiple times & yet again doze off. 💤

But at times, I do amaze myself when I instantaneously wake up,

Just so ready to stir up. 🌼

Some days, I feel all calm and cushy,

While some days needs an extra good spur.

But I wonder, if life were to be so easy,

We wouldn’t know what to be thankful for!

Bright sunny days or gray dreary days,

I still must consider myself truly fortunate,

For I am blessed with all the things that I have,

A roof on top of my head, tender love and care of family & friends, a hearty meal to relish everyday,

And most of all, a healthy mind and body to live life so freely and independently.

While some beautiful people out there too deserves all the happiness in this world,

Alas, they aren’t privileged enough as many of us are.

So if there ever comes a day,

When life gets tricky and at times.. a bit too messy,

Hang in there and continue your journey;

For happiness can be elusive,

And every so often, it can come to you quite mysteriously,

All we gotta do is to try and live in the present,

And savor all the moments that life gives us all so generously.
