Breathe in deep and let it go…

Every so often, I find myself hovering around, just like a cat on a hot tin roof, a bit anxious and sometimes, a bit jittery too. Some troubled episodes from the past, still overwhelms my mind and soul..quite frantically. Sometimes in the middle of a nice refreshing shower and at times, amidst the happiest hours. ๐Ÿ•™

And in due course, I am slowly learning, the art of mastering this lunacy.. for it loves to spring up during the most bizarre hours. I am trying not to run away and skedaddle from it, cus thatโ€™s almost like offering this unwanted visitor to stay even much longer. ๐ŸŒฉ

Preferably, I try and give myself a gentle push and wear that brave suit on and slowly breathe in, whilst keeping my heart wide open and slowly breathe out again and repeat it a few times until I feel a sense of calm inside of me. ๐ŸŒพ

I am also very well aware of the fact that every individual has their own..small or big dimension to what theyโ€™re battling with & this simple practice might not be the overall solution. All I can truly guarantee is a few seconds or minutes of tranquil and most importantly, the moment of peace that lightens up our hearts. โœจ

Not everyday…a cuppa tea, music, flowers and books..solves our problems. Yet, it definitely helps enrich our rather dull and ordinary lives. ๐ŸŒˆ

So smile a little, sip on your favorite drink and donโ€™t forget to celebrate the littlest of moments around you..for sometimes, we take our lives too seriously than it actually is. ๐Ÿฅฐ

[Note- This particular blog is dedicated to all of you out there who is fighting your own small/ big battles. Love and light your way] โ™ฅ๏ธ๐ŸŒบโœจ
